Asked a question in a Digits Report - What does your client experience?

You never want to feel like you are throwing your clients into a black box and not know what to expect or what they will experience. Worry not because with Digits Reports and Report Comments we have made an extremely elegant experience for both you and your client that you are communicating with through Digits. 

Accountant Experience

1. Find your client in the Accountant Portal
2. Open the report that you want to send a comment on.
3. Find the relevant vendor, category or transaction and “@” mention your client to ask the question.
4. Once your client answers you will receive a notification that they answered your question. 

Client Experience

1. You client receives a notification that you made a comment to them in Digits. 
2. They log into their Shared With Me page and see the notification to click on. They can also go directly into the report to see it as well. 
3. They are then able to respond to you directly in line with your comment.
