You are not alone if you have a client who refuses to adopt new technology and just wants an old school PDF. This should not break your workflow and in Digits it is extremely easy. No excess formatting or changing column sizes to make sure certain things fit on the page.
1. Run a Digits Report
2. Click the "Print" button at the top of the page
3. Choose "Print to PDF"
4. Attach to Email
5. Send email
