Vendor Details - The identity and contact information about this vendor:
- The logo of the vendor
- The vendor's name
- The vendor's description
- Contact information for the vendor including social media, website, and support
Vendor Statistics - Aggregated information (over a time period):
- Total spend
- Number of transactions with the vendor
- Average transaction value across the time selected
- An interactive bar graph so you can see the variance between the months
Full Transaction List - List of individual transactions with this vendor:
- Digits Search auto-detects recurring transactions. You'll see it with a green recurring icon and the frequency (months, weeks, even fortnights!)
- The vendor's logo
- The vendor's name
- The name of the category that transaction is in on the ledger
- The owner of that transaction
- The transaction value
Date Organization and Transaction Sorting - Organize what you see by date range and sort transactions
- Choose the date/period in the top right to change the date range in question
- Choose the dropdown next to the “By Date” in the top right of the transaction list, below the chart to choose to sort by date or monetary value
- Select to see the view by category which will show you across the business where the spend with a vendor falls.
