A direct integration with Rippling would allow Digits to breakdown employee and contractor spend (salary, bonus, benefits, payroll taxes, etc) as well as build intelligent capabilities to correlate between customer activity and employee need (eg. 1 customer support rep needed per 10 customers) and forecasting/modeling that can accurately model the cost of ramping the business.
