Allow for Custom Metrics to be built. Several that i would use:
- Net Operating Cash = Bank Accounts - Payables - Credit Card Balance (Essentially, their cash situation if NO AR came in, but they had to pay off all their immediate debts)
- Liquidity Ratios
- Leverage Ratios
- Average Daily Rate (hotel industry…. this works because i track stats on the P&L as well)
- Occupancy (again hotel industry and stats)
- Costs per Occupied Room (see above)
- Retail Sales Margin (based of rev and cogs from a specific Department- AKA Class)
