Client Responses to Reports Sent

Related products: Digits Reports

I’ve had a couple of clients that have been responding to the reports received via notifications@digits.com and I am not seeing these as alerts in Digits or in my email. Is it possible for Digits to grab these and hold them in my account or send an email alert that someone has responded so we don’t miss any feedback or questions they have if they do this?

Hey @JAM - that's odd! I am going to have our engineering team dig into this further. Could you share a little more about how you found out about the missing notifications? And how your clients were responding on the Digits reports? (ie. commenting, replying back to emails, etc.)


@Courtney when the client forwarded the email from her sent item saying ‘I guess you’re not seeing these’ 😢
