Hey @Kelly Marcella Most of your clients are all set. There is one starting with “Inve***” that was unlinked from QBO. If you head to https://my.digits.com then click on your name in the lower-right hand corner, then select “Settings”, find that client and lastly, click on “Manage”, you will be able to re-link QBO.

Thanks @Caroline Devoy and apologies for the delay in responding to you. Transaction Review is focused on items that have not been categorized. Flagging transactions due to size, date or those other factors isn’t on our roadmap at the moment, but I have shared your use case with our product team. I will keep you updated if we start building this out.

Got it, thanks @Kristine Doria those extra details are super helpful. While not possible currently, I will let the team know you’d love to see this added in. I’m curious would the waterfall type view under the Analysis tab help out your clients? To get there, click on “Analysis” and then scroll down after the page has loaded

Hey @Kristine Doria We do not yet have pie charts for expenses by vendor as we have felt that once the number of vendors was above a few, it could be hard to see all vendors. Can you share a bit more? I would love to know how the currently existing list of top vendors isn’t fitting you or your client's needs.Best,Michael

Dashboard graphs have no label to indicate cash or accrual

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions @Caroline Devoy Our reports are accrual based. On your dashboard, any elements in Cash should have a Cash badge :Indicating that those are different along with this hover tooltip to explain the difference to your clients:On the reports itself, if you use two components per row instead of three, it will appear there as well.

Hey @Louise H Yes, this is overdue for an update. I am happy to share that we are planning and have started custom date reporting this quarter, which will include month, quarter, and yearly ranges. This will not include partial month reporting out of the box, but it is a big step in getting us there.

Hey @Hatim Hijazi ,Yes, you could link to the general login page for your clients: https://my.digits.com/loginIf you linked directly into each client’s portal from your website, you do risk showing your client list, which may or may not be desirable from your standpoint. Unless the user was already authenticated, then they would be redirected back to the login page. --Michael

Hey @Myranda HP Yes, that was super helpful to clarify things, thank you very much. We did pursue this option previously, but heard from many accountants that letting clients change the COA would likely result in the client choosing the wrong one. Sounds like something we could potentially add as a per client option for the clients you trust to choose the COA accurately. While not on our immediate roadmap, I will share this feedback with the team.

The team here is acutely aware of the lack of Cash Basis as all of the comments from you and others are shared directly with them.  I don’t want to promise a timeline as you have seen things that can and do change in that regards.
