@Andrew Yes, I did try searching Deferred Revenue and Other Current Liabilities.  Liabilities turns up a graph, but that includes the credit card transactions and I was hoping to zero in on trend of the deferred revenue account specifically.  Thanks for your help!

Digits Reports Builder: Reordering ReportsNew

@Michael I show the Balance Sheet first for all my clients.  It’s a good overview of the business position before getting into the nitty gritty of the Profit & Loss.  Also, this may need to be a separate idea, but nonprofits call their Balance Sheet the “Statement of Financial Position” and their P&L the “Statement of Activity”.  Is there a way to rename the reports?

Community Request: a Demo Company account to show clientsNew

@Michael That definitely works for now!  It’d be great to eventually have a demo company in my dashboard that I could customize reports in the way that I would use them with clients - like year reports, anything I add with the report builder, and hopefully one day in the future budget vs. actuals and class/location reports.

Most of my clients are nonprofits and being able to report by classes and locations is HUGE (necessary really) for them!
