Digits Reports Builder: More visual / branding customization optionsImplemented

This idea is a little craaaaazy…but it is solely based on feed back I’ve been receiving for my clients. Could there be color template options that I could choose for my clients? My software client LOVES the look and feel of this product, but my digital marketer said to me, “I don’t really like the feel of this. I feel like I’m shooting through space.” She’s too distracted by the “look” to dig the actual product. If I could filter the look to a softer color, I know she’d love it. I know that’s a big request, but I’m hearing this feedback from my clients and other bookkeepers.

Digits Reports Builder: Send prior month's reports to Clients Portal without notifications being sentImplemented

I would love the capability to add prior months financial reports to the clients portal without having to send them an email for each one.  I am just now doing a video for each client to help them understand how to read their Digits financials and it would be great to already have all of this years monthly financials in their portal when they first log in.

FEATURE REQUEST!!! In addition to the profit & loss for the last month, many of my clients like to see a report showing the year-to-date split by months. See below. This feature (and cash basis reporting) would definitely make me a dedicated Digits user.

Xiid Corp - the Equity section of the balance sheet is not displaying correctly. The Account numbers are not listing as they should. Please fix and also remove accounts that have a zero balance.

I own a bookkeeping firm with 70+ clients. Part of our “normal” package of monthly reports, in addition to the reports currently offered in Digits are:Year to Date P&L (with %)Year to Date P&L by Month12 Month Rolling P&LYear to Date year over year P&L Is there going to be a way to get these reports in the future? If not, Digits is a “cool” thing, but not helpful in our business.

Digits Boost: Uncategorized SuggestionsDiscussion ongoing

Hey - so in the same way that Digits Boost can create a new Vendor, is it possible to add the functionality  so that a new category can be created. There is added complexity in that the user would need to be able to define the category properties but this would be mega helpful for both new client clean-ups as well as possibly changing Chart of Accounts reporting structures at the beginning of a fiscal year.

Account manager versus admin access

Hello, Is there a way to give an employee Admin access and then select which companies I do not want her to have access to?  It appears in order for her to share links and send emails to clients, she does not have that capability as account manager.  But if I give her full admin access, then she can see my personal business financials which I do not want her to have.  Thank you,

Digits Search: Search filter bugImplemented

Is there a way to set a timeframe on the search parameters and get a total of those transactions? For ‘Category’ I see a total for the last 12 months, but the ‘transactions’ underneath…. I see “all time” with what looks like a calendar, but it won’t let me click on it to change the time frame.

Digits Reports Builder: Graph/Chart VisualsNew

My clients are very creative and visual, so they have a hard time digesting rows of numbers. I love that you can hover over a report line to see a trend line, but I’d love a way to display charts/graphs of data directly on the report. This would help me hold their interest during discussions and their printed reports would be more engaging as well!

It looks like you cannot create a semi-annual report or six month time period. It would be nice to have this option, or to be able to select more than one Quarter. For example, Q1 and Q2, or Q2 and Q3, etc.

We now have Boost and it allows us to make suggested changes , but individually.  Is it possible to allow  us to select all transactions in the list and implement the change to all items at once when they are the same suggestion?

I know this is down the road a bit, but I figured I should post this here anyway. A large pain point is dealing with all the apps out there that “help” with cryptocurrency accounting.  This is actually a very large “time suck” for the bookkeepers dealing with cryptocurrency items.  Some pain points:Cost Basis of the different digital assets Recording Liquidity pool entries and draws and the gains from it NFT purchases and selling Taxable events vs non-taxable events FIFO, LIFO, or HIFO options “Address book” of the different wallet address Visibly see the movement.

I stumbled across the Badge option in Digits reports, which I think is new, and added mine. It looked great on the 1st client I used it on but I got both my logo and an empty Badge holder on the 2nd.Aesthetics is everything!!!
