Why is quickbooks not syncing all of the sudden?

I received this message randomly while using the software, and I am wondering what I am supposed to do to fix it if anything, “We ran into an issue syncing with Quickbooks.Don’t worry, our engineering team is ready to help.CONTACT US”What is the next step I am supposed to take?
