Cash reporting

I have been using Digits for 2 years now and requested cash based reporting since day 1.  I have been told numerous times that it will be done but never received a firm commitment from Digts that it is actually being worked on.I’m not the only person asking for this.  Many others need to show financial reports for cash based clients.Are you really going to do this or just keep kicking the can down the road?

Processing financials for a new client not finishing.

I added a new QuickBooks client yesterday afternoon and this morning I am still seeing the message that Digits is ‘Processing Financials’.Previously this has taken 1 or 2 hours if memory serves. Regards,Ralph Pinney

Digits Reports Builder: Retained earnings not correctImplemented

I am running a report for a client that is to include last quarter (Q2).   The assets and liabilities agree with QuickBooks, but the equity is not correct.  Retained earnings does not match QuickBooks. Ralph Pinney
