Digits Boost: Uncategorized SuggestionsDiscussion ongoing

Hey - so in the same way that Digits Boost can create a new Vendor, is it possible to add the functionality  so that a new category can be created. There is added complexity in that the user would need to be able to define the category properties but this would be mega helpful for both new client clean-ups as well as possibly changing Chart of Accounts reporting structures at the beginning of a fiscal year.

There should be a way to reach support with questions when using Digits - might be me but I can’t see a support / log a request option anywhere

Digits Reports Builder: Badges / My Logo / My BrandImplemented

I stumbled across the Badge option in Digits reports, which I think is new, and added mine. It looked great on the 1st client I used it on but I got both my logo and an empty Badge holder on the 2nd.Aesthetics is everything!!!

Client Responses to Reports SentImplemented

I’ve had a couple of clients that have been responding to the reports received via notifications@digits.com and I am not seeing these as alerts in Digits or in my email. Is it possible for Digits to grab these and hold them in my account or send an email alert that someone has responded so we don’t miss any feedback or questions they have if they do this?

Digits Reports Builder & Digits Search: Exclude Vendors from Top VendorsNew

OK - I promise this is the last for today…Some supplier spend is just a given and for many companies things like payroll is fixed so seeing my top spend by PEO / Payroll Provider is less relevant for decision-making. It would be great to have client settings that give us the ability to exclude certain “Vendors” from the Top Vendor analysis - I know that kinda defeats some of the purpose but I also assume IF we wanted to see total spend by something like PEO / Payroll Provider then we should be able to access this from Digits Search or BurnFor the Report Builder though, I’d like to focus insights on helping more contralable monthly spend by vendor

Digits Reports Builder: (component idea) Top Customers by Sales AccountNew

Loving the Top Customers graphic for Report Builder but, for clients with sources of income beyond just sales, e.g. a Retailer could have Wholesale Income and Online Income it would be FAB to be able to share a Top Customer by Sales Account in the Exec summary

Digits Reports Builder: Adding Customer & Supplier mentions into the Exec SummariesNew

In the same way that we can refer to line items in the reports e.g. Accounting Services I would love to be able to have an @mention Customer and Supplier names in the Exec Summary so my clients could independently review things related to these as well within their report.Utopia would then be to either take the client to Digits Search so they can drill down on the specifics for that customer or supplier OR to Sales / Burn depending on whether it’s a Customer or Supplier

Digits Reports Builder: Ability to add commentary at Report Totals Line ItemsNew

Summary lines in the reporting structure are important, e.g. Gross Profit, Total Operating Expenses, Net Income (or Loss) and in the Profit & Loss I can see the trailing graphics but I can’t do an @mention these in the Exec Summary so that clients can hover over and see the graphical representations of these
