Customer Centered Reports - Non financialNew

It would be really helpful if we could run reports for new / lost / current customers.  If we had a billing in the last month but this month its gone, we could possibly count that as a lost customer.  We are a business that tracks our MRR so know our churn is important.

Video for New Clients

Do you have an instructional video on introducing the product from a clients perspective (not bookkeeper) ? .  We would like to include it in our onboarding email to get people familiar with the product rather than doing a bunch of 1:1 calls.
