How to invite and set up your team on Digits

Great! You have your Digits account activated but how do I invite my account managers and bookkeepers in to help speed boost them in their work as well! 

 

With Digits Accounting Portal and Teams Management we make it really easy to invite your whole team and also grant client by client permissions so that everyone only sees the clients that they are supposed to! 

 

 

  1. Click on your company name in the top left
  2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown
  3. Select “My Team” on the right side above the box
  4. Select “New Employee” in the bottom Left
  5. Input your employees name and email
  6. Select which accounts they have access to and you are done!
