I just discovered this on a client’s Balance Sheet:

b552Ywg7GRNKGFK_PoDI74qE17JcvsiFvdk91tkUx7fSynGTrOsRKtUeSMK9mKCJf4ZOj2xoG5lYEWALRu8iGX-4IoPv1V5nVnr9vJcCSAf9XI60ar7ubh8yTT7G23dlhYEuQh7Y8OSR9yVTw-QpHLw

Obviously, the Total Liabilities uses the correct sign and so does the account, but the 2 subtotals are wacky. I have not investigated to see if this is happening with other clients yet.

@Caroline Devoy The fix has been deployed, apologies again for the issue and thank you for flagging this to us.

Best,

Michael

As an update, the team is working on a fix for this, no need to share client info.

Hey @Caroline Devoy Would love to get to the bottom of this. Which client are you seeing this on? Feel free to email support @ digits.com if you prefer not to share the name publicly.
