2024 yearly P&L report includes uncategorized expenses from prior years.

P&L report not showing total for an expense account correctly

For the profit and loss report, the summary page total for an expense account does not include a journal entry made to that expense account.  However, that journal entry does show in the details.

Remove client team member

Hello!A client needs me to remove one employee from the client account. When I go settings > Team Members, I see the employee but there is no way to edit or remove the employee. What do I need to do to remove the employee?

Getting Started

I added Digits app in QBO accountant. I have launched digits from QBO and I am logged in. However, I get a screen that states Add your accounting firm and has a button Get Started. However, that button is overlaying the “terms” link and does nothing to go to Get Started.  ??  Suggestions?

Is Development Still Active? Concerned about Lack of Updates

Hi all, I have been a user for over a year, at first I really loved it. But recently haven’t seen any new functionality or meaningful updates to the platform in a long time. At one point I wondered if it was worth upgrading my subscription, but now I’m doubting if I should continue to use it with my clients. Concerned I onboard clients to a platform that has no additional benefit to them or myself. Are there any plans for new functionality?  I also don’t see a high volume of posts in the community, so has Digits flat-lined?

Digits Setup taking multiple days

Hello! I have questions regarding integrating accounts with digits. The first account I set up works great, so I added several more. One of the accounts has been pending for four days now. Is that normal? Additionally, the other accounts I set up do not have the transaction review or quality check function available. I would appreciate any help.

Digits reports can’t be displayed on Safari or Chrome for iPadOS, as it thinks the requests comes from a mobile browser. Please fix.
