QBO reports do not sync

Its been almost 3 days, still digits numbers do not sync with QBO. As per checking, the integration is working, but the reports are not the same. Can you help?

Greetings, Before I submit a product suggestion, I wanted to see if the thought has come up to allow clients to have the ability to select the chart of account just as the account can. It seems that transaction review is simply a chat between the accountant/bookkeeper and the client. Now it does alleviate excessive phone calls, etc. But I am not seeing where it saves time in a workflow. I am truly trying to understand the product intent before making a suggestion.  So thank you for the insight. It is greatly appreciated. 😊

Transaction Questions and Review & Send Reset

It seems that whenever I’m going through transactions in the transaction review I can’t change the question to be sent and unmark a transaction, without that all being reset back to default as soon as I close a transaction. Is it possible to not have that happen?I would love to be able to go through the entire list one by one and deal with each transaction as needed without needing to go through and categorize all of the transactions and close them, before changing the questions and marking which ones I want to send for review.Thank you!

Best practices for transaction categorization

I’d love to hear people’s best practices for making transaction categorization as automated as possible. From my understanding, because Digits requires a transaction to be categorized as an uncategorized expense, income, etc. before it will analyze, has anyone come up with an efficient process for this?Is it just simply categorizing the transactions that you’re sure about and then all of the ones you’re unsure about just immediately categorizing them to one of your selected accounts to analyze? I’d love it if Digits could analyze and help categorize transactions straight from the bank feed without having to code them first.Love to hear everyone’s thoughts!

When Digits gets the vendor name wrong

I have a transaction that had the bank descriptor SQ *JP, but in the transaction review interface where I send questions to clients, it listed the vendor as Amazon.  How should I address this?

Correct vendor

The name in digits is not correct.  how do I correct it?  It is using Delta Airlines when it should use Delta CPA Group.

Processing financials for a new client not finishing.

I added a new QuickBooks client yesterday afternoon and this morning I am still seeing the message that Digits is ‘Processing Financials’.Previously this has taken 1 or 2 hours if memory serves. Regards,Ralph Pinney
