Does the client portal not have the “Ask Digits” AI feature? See attached. I logged in as if I were a client and it looks like clients don’t have access to this.

Your clients should have access to Ask Digits within their client portal - can you let me know which client you were looking into and I can investigate on my side.
Feel free to email community@digits.com the above so we can make sure your clients info stays private.

Hi- Thanks for your response! The client is Sanilac Coffee and when I log in as if I were the client, that feature is missing. I just spoke with a rep from Digits and they said that feature is not yet live but will be soon. This is what the dashboard looks like:

Are you able to give this a try one more time? We were able to update this feature so it is now available to your clients.
