On Monday we added 5 clients to Digits, 4 of the 5 finished and were available in 24 hours, the 5th appeared to still be loaded at 48 hours and now 3-4 days later it says pending. Is this normal? Is there a way to get an estimate of when it will be available?

On average - you can expect this to happen within 24hrs. There are certain circumstances where this can take a bit longer - if data files are larger, or something triggers the data ingestion to fail.
But it should not take 4-5 days. I have just sent you an email as I didn’t want to share your client’s details publicly to get this resolved.
