Hey @Regina Trillo Are you linking via Plaid for each of those institutions? If so, are you seeing error messages on the Digits side?

Hola Michael! Yes, I’m using Plaid to link the account and following the same steps I used to connect Digits to my Chase account. I’m not getting any error messages, it just doesn’t connect. Not sure if there’s a glitch because it keeps telling me to enter the same account/pwd information. Thank you for looking into this!

Thanks @Regina Trillo I’ve been digging into this with our engineering team and we’re not seeing other issues with folks linking w/Plaid. To rule something out, could you please use a different browser and let me know if you are or are not able to link to Chase?
