I have an account issue…

 

I have one client where there is an ‘X’ is next to “Integration Manage”. I have disconnected the connection in QBO and reconnected it via Digits and the X is still there. I don’t even know how it became like this, so I need some assistance. All their numbers for this year are there except for November...where they are not present. 

 

Also, I wanted to know if someone can provide me with some insight on how to delete clients from account.

For removing clients, either DM me via this forum or send an email over to support (at) digits (dot) com

In that same email or message, if you include the name of the client who is having trouble relinked, I can look at what is causing that problem.
