My Digits isnt sync with one client and cant add new client

I have 1 client that is not syncing to Digits from QBO, and I cant add another client I keep getting an error say it didn’t work contact support. 

When i search in QBO for Digits I no longer see it listed there either are you no longer working with QBO?

Hey @Jacquie Murphy For the client starting in “Ecli****,” it appears that QBO was disconnected. If you head to then, click on your name in the lower-right-hand corner, then select “Settings,” find that client, and lastly, click on “Manage,” you will be able to re-link QBO. 


We still work with QBO though we are not present in their app store. At the moment, you do need to initiate the connection via Digits.
