My Digits isnt sync with one client and cant add new client

Hello,I have 1 client that is not syncing to Digits from QBO, and I cant add another client I keep getting an error say it didn’t work contact support. When i search in QBO for Digits I no longer see it listed there either are you no longer working with QBO?
