I really want to love your product, but I keep running into hiccups. Tonight I’m trying to add clients to Digits.com so we can start using it across all our clients. I can add one client, but as soon as I try to add another using the “Connect to Quickbooks”, it does allow me to select my firm and then the client name, but then I receive the error:

If I wait several minutes (like 5 to 10), I can try it again. If Digits forces me to log into QBO again, I can select my firm and then the company and I can get the company connected. If I am not asked to log in again, it fails again with the same error above.

It has taken me over 30 minutes to add 3 clients, so this falls under the category of not sustainable.
