Balance Sheet on Reports shows a credit as negative in totals

I just discovered this on a client’s Balance Sheet:Obviously, the Total Liabilities uses the correct sign and so does the account, but the 2 subtotals are wacky. I have not investigated to see if this is happening with other clients yet.

Link to Community Page within My Digits has disappeared

This seems to have just started today or maybe Friday- when I click on the support link in Digits, it tries to open my email to send am email. It used to bring me here to the community page. I couldn’t find a link for the community / support link on your website. I literally had to search my Chrome History to figure out how I got here previously.

How do I send an invite to a client to use Digits?

My apologies if I missed it in the help area, but I cannot find how to send an invite to a client to use Digits. I see the option to invite users when I publish a report, but I can’t find that ability anywhere else in the Digits interface. And after I have invited a client, I don’t see anything in the interface that lets me know they have been invited and whether or not they have accepted the invite (or clicked on the link). Am I missing something?

Transaction Review- Action Items Understanding the Workflow

I want to make sure I understand the Transaction Review / Action Items workflow. Am I correct in my assumption that Transaction Review will only show transactions from the accounts that are set up in the Transaction Review screen Settings??What if I have a transaction that IS categorized, but because of its size or other issues, I want the client to review it to verify that it is in the correct category? If I add the category to Settings that the transaction is posted in, do I then have to go through every one of the transactions in that category to find the one to send to the client?You may ask “Why categorize it if you aren’t sure?” Well, if we did not categorize transactions that we were not 100% sure about, we could have over half of the client’s monthly transactions in uncategorized. That would certainly irritate the client and would make it appear that we have no experience or knowledge to make educated assumptions about categorization. So is there a plan to allow me as the accou

Dashboard graphs have no label to indicate cash or accrual

I love the graphs that focus on cash runway, cash balance & net burn. However, that immediately makes me ask if the graphs shown on the dashboard are on a cash basis or an accrual basis? Nothing tells me. And if I don’t know, I promise you my client won’t know.In my opinion, I would rather have them be on an accrual basis, but I can see instances where I or the client would want to know these items on a cash basis as well. So ultimately, I would love the good old QBO toggle. But in the meantime, can they at least have a label to prevent any confusion?Don’t know if this is cash or accrual without going back to QBO
