I created my bookkeeper/accountant account so that I can create reports for my clients.  But on my initial sign up, I clicked to connect my firm account to Digits (so that I can test run it for myself before adding more clients) but I can’t access the report function, as it keeps asking me to invite my accountant to collaborate (which would be me).  Please help.


Hi @Rosa  apologies for the issue you hit. I made a fix on our end to correct things. You should be all set now, but please let me know either way. I want to make sure you’re good to go!


Thanks Michael!  I now have the correct access.  

Question - I ran the report and on the footer, it states “Accrual Basis - for internal ...”  I clicked on the Option gear and deleted the custom footer but it did not save.  Where is Digit pulling the “accrual basis” status from?  My business is cash basis.  

This same statement was on my client report, who is also “cash” basis.  

Insight would be greatly appreciated.

Anytime @Rosa and you found a bug that we’re going to fix. In the meantime, if you delete “Accrual Basis ...” and replace it with a single space “ “ that should get you unblocked.

For cash basis or accrual, we pull that from QBO. We don’t yet fully support cash basis, but it’s on our roadmap.
