I have an account issueā€¦Ā I have one client where there is an ā€˜Xā€™ is next to ā€œIntegration Manageā€. I have disconnected the connection in QBO and reconnected it via Digits and the X is still there. I donā€™t even know how it became like this, so I need some assistance. All their numbers for this year are there except for November...where they are not present.Ā Ā Also, I wanted to know if someone can provide me with some insight on how to delete clients from account.Ā Ā Thanks for the help.Ā

Transaction Review

Greetings,Ā Before I submit a product suggestion, I wanted to see if the thought has come up to allow clients to have the ability to select the chart of account just as the account can. It seems that transaction review is simply a chat between the accountant/bookkeeper and the client. Now it does alleviate excessive phone calls, etc. But I am not seeing where it saves time in a workflow. I am truly trying to understand the product intent before making a suggestion.Ā Ā So thank you for the insight. It is greatly appreciated.Ā šŸ˜Š
