How long is reasonable to wait for a client to load?

Hey @Chris Scott, On average - you can expect this to happen within 24hrs. There are certain circumstances where this can take a bit longer - if data files are larger, or something triggers the data ingestion to fail. But it should not take 4-5 days. I have just sent you an email as I didn’t want to share your client’s details publicly to get this resolved.Dakota

How to Add my coworkers

Hey Chris,Dakota here from Digits. First off, welcome to Digits! I do see that you were able to go into the product and invite your colleagues. This is done by heading to Settings > colleagues > then selecting add colleague and filling out their details and setting permissions accordingly. Looking at our email logs, it looks the invites were indeed sent and delivered. Were your colleagues able to check their spam folders, Chris? While they shouldn’t end up there, some email providers and custom domains have various rules that route emails into weird places.  Let me know if still no luck and we can dig deeper!Dakota

Hey @bfausett21,I want to make sure I understand your request fully before providing some guidance. Do you want to remove access to a client’s portal from a partner of yours/your firm? Or is it you want to remove access to a client’s portal from an old employee of that clients? Dakota

Client Action Items not Related to Specific Transactions?

Hey @Cryptotaxcook,Thanks for the additional context. Currently, there is no way to send action items for things not associated with a transaction.Similar to the solution leveraging Reports @Michael shared above, you can add comments and mention your clients when viewing parties or categories from our Search tool.  See example of comment function when viewing parties/categories from Search toolHowever,  there is no way to mention or push a question to your client beyond those options mentioned above.All that said - this is definitely a great idea to add to our "product ideas" section of the community which I encourage you to do!Dakota
