Digits Pricing — Your First 5 clients are free forever

Questions about Digits pricing are often top of mind when we chat with our amazing community. Our members are using Digits amazing tools to WOW their clients, but they can’t believe it is free to use! Over time, we’ve engaged with and learned from many of you in the community about your thoughts on pricing so that it’s sustainable to your firm and lets you grow your business. We are happy to share that as we continue to build, improve and expand Digits' offerings, we are introducing pricing to Digits. As mentioned, we want our pricing to truly unlock the growth of your firm on Digits. To that effect, we made the decision to allow for the first 5 clients on Digits to be free forever. Beginning Nov 30th, Digits is offering three additional paid plans. The details of these plans can be seen here. Issues with the cash flow report

The statement of cash flow shows the net total cash flow correctly, but it does not show the correct cash flow from operating and/or investing. It appears that the net operating cash flow is calculated by taking net income for the period and then adjusting that by the delta of balance sheet account balances to arrive at net cash flow. That is a good first step, however, more is needed to be done in order for the cash flow to be accurate.Here are some of the scenarios where this would be an issue.Assume in Year 1, the only transaction is that the business received an invoice for $100k for an equipment that they purchased and did not pay it until Year 2 and the business has zero net income. In Year 1, the only entry would be Dr. Fixed Asset $100k Cr. Accounts Payable $100k. With this scenario, would the cash flow reports here show that the Net Cash Flow from Operating as a positive $100k (zero net income plus the increase in Accounts Payable)? If yes, did this business generated $100k in

Xiid Corp - the Equity section of the balance sheet is not displaying correctly. The Account numbers are not listing as they should. Please fix and also remove accounts that have a zero balance.

Error in Summary of Executive Report

I am having issues with typing a summary in the Executive Report.When I hit enter to create a line in between paragraphs it does not work. I do not see the signature of my company name as I did in one of my other clients reports I get an Error 37927Please help.cc: @courtney

VPN's

I use Nord VPN for work and when I go to Digits.com it tells me that the server is unavailable. I have to go disconnect Nord for 5 minutes and then sign into digits.com, then I can reconnect and everything works. Is there a way to stop this annoying work around?

What is your favorite fall drink?

It has turned into fall in Rhode Island (where I live)!  For myself and my family, we quickly adopt fall's wonderful assortment of delicious drinks. Our favorite fall drinks are hot chocolate for my 8 yr old, Pumpkin Chai for my wife, and a Brick Wall (Apple cider syrup, bourbon, and a splash of ginger ale)  for me.What is your favorite fall drink?

New Portal Experience!

Hello everyone! We’ve just launched an updated design to your portal experience to make it even easier to navigate, focus on the client at hand, and invite colleagues to Digits.To start, we’ve introduced a collapsable sidebar on the left hand side of your screen. This will be where you can see notifications, an activity feed, contact community, view your ‘Shared with me’ page, and sign out. We’ve also removed the permanent sidebar that housed all of your different clients, and replaced it with a dropdown menu at the top left of your portal. This will allow you to stay focused on one client at a time without getting overwhelmed or distracted. Within this dropdown, you’ll also see a badge with a number of work items to address for each client, so you know which accounts need your attention. This is where you’ll be able to add a new client as well. Finally, we’ve made it easier to see how many colleagues are linked to each of your clients and included a link to the settings page where you

Account manager versus admin access

Hello, Is there a way to give an employee Admin access and then select which companies I do not want her to have access to?  It appears in order for her to share links and send emails to clients, she does not have that capability as account manager.  But if I give her full admin access, then she can see my personal business financials which I do not want her to have.  Thank you,

Cash reporting

I have been using Digits for 2 years now and requested cash based reporting since day 1.  I have been told numerous times that it will be done but never received a firm commitment from Digts that it is actually being worked on.I’m not the only person asking for this.  Many others need to show financial reports for cash based clients.Are you really going to do this or just keep kicking the can down the road?

Will the Digits team be rolling out a mobile friendly browser for client and/or an app?
