Clean Up - Transactions not showing in boost

I imported a client into digits yesterday that has some cleanup work we need to do for 2022.  I see the transactions are visible in search and reports, but the boost is not recommending any yet, and transaction review doesn’t let me recategorize.  The transactions were all imported into qbo as uncategorized transactions.  Is there delay for boost or am I doing this incorrectly?

Remove client from portal

I need to remove access to the client portal for a former partner. I see how to add client access to the portal but can’t figure out how to remove someone. The client account needs to remain in Digits, I just need to remove access for one of the parties who has now left the company.Can you tell me how to do that? Thank you 😊

Transactions not showing up in transaction review

I have a client with a “Ask My Accountant” expense account and none of the transactions in that account ace showing up. I have 2 other accounts where it seems to be working perfectly but I cant figure out why this specific account isn't working. Let me know if anyone has an Idea. Thanks!

Inaccuracies

Has anyone else run into inaccuracies in the executive summary? For example, for one of my clients, it says they had a $1900 decrease in spend with one of their vendors in Q2, but that’s not even possible when total spend on this vendor all year has only been $1200. I removed it from the executive summary but of course, that still pops up when they hover over that area in the Income Statement.

What does Digits do?

Hi everyone, I am new to Digits and I’m trying to figure out how it can help me.  I am honestly just confused about what Digits is. I have connected 2 of my bookkeeping clients with QuickBooks Online and I am confused if Digits is supposed to automate the bookkeeping functions (transaction classification, etc.) or if it is mostly a reporting platform?

Revenue vs Below the Line Other Revenue

Most companies show Revenue accounts above the line or Operating part of the business.  I think those are what should be captured for your Sales Analysis.  However, below the line there are other Income Line Items which are not really part of operations.  These are also being included in your sales section.  I think they should be excluded because they cloud the revenue analysis.

Hello,I have bounced back and forth between Digits over the last year or so, but it seems there is not much activity in the community forums, however on the website it shows messaging and a document vault coming soon. Those 2 things would be amazing, are there any updates on the timeline of these features? Thanks

Digits Setup taking multiple days

Hello! I have questions regarding integrating accounts with digits. The first account I set up works great, so I added several more. One of the accounts has been pending for four days now. Is that normal? Additionally, the other accounts I set up do not have the transaction review or quality check function available. I would appreciate any help.

Profit and Loss Missing Data - previous month comparison

The dollar amount comparison to previous month is not working on the Profit and Loss report. It’s the same on all clients. I’m including a screenprint. Thank you 😊

Changing assigned vendor name

Client’s payroll is entered in bulk by journal entry, so those expenses do not have a vendor associated with them.Somehow in Digits, all the je’s for payroll have become associated with a vendor name.  So that vendor name is consistently coming up as #1 in spend in the top 5 lists, etc.  I am guessing this MIGHT have been something that happened within assigning vendor names with the Boosts.How do I:Edit the vendor associated with these journals entries  AND/OR Edit the vendor entry in digits so it can be called something else (ie: payroll)Thanks!
